New students
The first step of registration is to download and complete the forms listed below. The forms can be dropped off at the school office, sent by mail, or scanned and emailed. You may also contact the school to schedule a tour and meet the teachers. If you prefer, stop by our school office and pick up a copy of the Registration Information Packet. We look forward to getting to know each and every one of you and welcoming you to Crestview.
Returning students
Registration Information Packets will be sent home in the spring with your child. After completing the forms, you may return them to school with your child, drop them off at the school office, mail them, or scan and email them. We look forward to seeing your bright and smiling faces in the fall!
