My name is Jenna Woodcook and I am the 4th-8th grade teacher at Crestview Christian School.  This will be my twentieth year teaching overall, and my third year at Crestview.  I have taught every grade from 1st through 8th, in both private and public school.

I have worked with students who have diverse learning abilities, background knowledge, cultural and socio-economic status.  Additionally, I have worked with both high achieving and struggling students, as well as students who are English Language Learners (ELL).

I endeavor to create a classroom environment that is nurturing, positive and focuses on success.  Building relationships with my students is the foundation of my classroom.  I strive to help my students understand the power of “yet” and that we learn from our mistakes.  I look for ways to respond positively to my students’ diversities and celebrate those as part of our classroom strengths.

I look forward to sharing a year full of God’s abundant blessings with all of my students.
